Going early to Philippine embassy in KL just to secure a priority card number was now a thing in the past. I still remember using the card number when it ran out, priority sometimes got reset. Good thing now, a new Queue Management System is in place since last June.
Being an OFW here in Malaysia for more than four years I saw a lot of improvements when Ambassador Eduardo Malaya took over. The waiting area had been improved, then Air conditioned was installed and Flat Screen TV were added with TFC to entertained our Kababayans.
The queuing now is organized and much convenient. Hope we can see more of improvements that would benefit our Kababayan. Again Kudos to Ambassador Malaya and Filipino Businessman and Professional Caucus ( FBPC) to make this QMS possible.
