Urgently looking for Enterprise Support Agent to be based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur for 1 year contract under EPS Malaysia.
Foreigners with neutral and excellent English communication skills based in Malaysia will be prioritized but still open for overseas candidates.

Mandatory requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience providing software support in a customer facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both non-technical users and highly technical users
- Positive, proactive customer service attitude
Active Directory
- Working knowledge in the following technology areas:
SQL Server 2008
Practical SQL experience
o Building queries
o Understanding left join/right join
o Stored procedures
o Etc.
Valued experience: VMWare - Virtual infrastructure environment (VMware, etc) and Networking
- Proficient with Windows 7 and Windows XP
No. of opening: 8
Working schedule:
Could start as early as 5.00 a.m. or latest at 11.00 a.m.
Could have double weekend shift pattern.
Possible shift patterns are as follows
I. Tuesday to Saturday
II. Sunday to Thursday
III. Thursday to Monday
IV. Wednesday to Sunday
V. Saturday – Wednesday
