What are the documents required?
Please submit the Original with Photocopy of each documents.
1. Calling Visa/ Approval Letter from MDEC or Immigration.
2. Medical Results ( Embassy Copy)
3. Philippine Passport (must be valid at least 1-2 years at the time of travel)
4. Certificate of Employment from previous company
5. (2) Pcs Passport Size Photograph
6. Flight Reservation or Booking Certificate ( One Way)
7. Processing Fee PHP 550.00
Note: Processing Time 9:00AM - 12:00PM Monday through Fridays
3 Working Days processing.
Malaysian Embassy observes both Philippine and Malaysian Holidays. Please avoid scheduling your appearance on those dates.
You'll be given a collection slip which indicates when you'll be able to collect it. Now you're ready for POEA documents processing
