How to register on Balik-Mangagawa Online Processing system

BM Online Processing System is a web-based facility that enables the Balik-Manggagawa (BM) or vacationing OFW to apply online for Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) and have the approved OEC printed by him/her anywhere, anytime.

Before obtaining an online OEC. Please follow the detailed steps below.


 How to Register on 4 easy steps

 1. Visit the site http://bmonline.poea.gov.ph/



2. On the right side - New User. Fill out all the necessary information and don't forget to accept the terms of Service before hitting the Sign Me Up red button.




3. Wait for the POEA BM online Registration activation link sent on the email you registered. The content of the mail should look like below. Click the Confirmation link.




4. Activation  is successful if you'll see  a message "Your account has been successfully activated. You Many now log in". Congrats!



Then you may now login to your account. Please share this good news to our Kababayan.
