Medical Exam is one of the basic requirements for every Pinoy seeking for job opportunity abroad. For Malaysia employment, It's one of the requirement when applying for single entry visa. So no one is of excuse.
Choosing one would be tough since there are thousand of POEA accredited clinics scattered around the country and only few are endorsed by Malaysian Embassy.
Looking for a reliable, fast, and cheap service was cumbersome and time consuming if done it physically. Online information will also lead you to no where and mostly lead to outdated information of accredited clinics.
I know the feeling, because myself I was into the same dilemma. This is the sole reason I made this list, for the future job seekers find the nearest and reputable Clinics.

Direction. If you go by LRT. Alight at LRT Quirino Station then walk straight ahead along Taft Avenue. The first intersection is Remedios street then turn right. You'll come to know you're in the right place when you saw two level building with glass doors.
I had done both (1st and 2nd employment) of my Medical Exam here. I've come to know this clinic upon a recommendation of Malaysian embassy staff.
If you're a direct hire, you can just inform you're not referred of any agency. I fill up some info and paid around 4000 Pesos for a standard medical exam. It includes CBC, Urine and Stool Exam, Xray, Dental, Psychological, and least favorite Physical.
I went there first thing in the morning (8AM), got a queue number and started around 9AM. Medical Exam took at least a day. If you're cleared from all the exam, the result will be given on the next day morning.
I recommend Prosperity Clinic, as they're fast, reliable and bit cheaper compare to other Medical Clinics acknowledge by Malaysian embassy.
